Hotel Check-In / Check-Out

What time is check-in? Check-out?
Check-in is at 4pm Monday-Saturday and 6pm on Sunday and holidays. Check-out is at 11am.

Can I request an early check-in or late check out?
Both early check-in and late check-out are unavailable at this time.

What is the minimum age requirement to check-in?
You must be 21 years or older to check-in.

What is required at check-in?
A valid government picture ID and a credit card are required at the time of check-in.

What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted. Guests may also pay for their room in cash. A guest must provide a valid debit/credit card for the Security Deposit.

Does Bally’s Atlantic City require an authorization on my credit card for incidentals?
Yes, the initial authorization at the time of check-in is $100.00 for incidentals, plus room and tax fees. If there are no incidental charges during your stay, the $100 pre-authorization will be credited back to your card.

Are there any additional fees associated with my room reservation?
Your room reservation is subject to your room rate, plus a $24 nightly resort fee, $3 nighly State Occupancy Fee, $2 nightly Atlantic City Tourism Fee, and all applicable tax at the rate of 13.625%

Is Bally’s Atlantic City a dog-friendly hotel?
Bally’s is not a pet-friendly hotel and unfortunately, we do not accept emotional support animals. We do, however, accept service animals. Service animals must be registered at the Front Desk.

Is room service available?
Yes, room service is available, and hours are subject to change. You can view the full room service menu in your in-room directory.

Can I reserve connecting hotel rooms?
Yes, you may request connecting hotel rooms. Connecting hotel rooms are based upon availability at the time of check-in.

Can I bring food and drinks into my hotel room?
Bally’s Atlantic City has many dining outlets throughout our property to accommodate all of your dining needs. For this reason, we do not allow outside food or beverage on property. Only 12” x 12” coolers used for medicinal purposes will be allowed up to the hotel rooms. You will be permitted to bring one (1), six (6) pack of beverages  (1) bottle of wine/champagne per hotel room.

Does Bally’s Atlantic City offer accessible rooms?
Yes, Bally’s Atlantic City offers accessible rooms. Please contact a Reservation Specialist at 1-833-576-0836. to book an accessible room.

Does Bally’s Atlantic City offer wheelchair/scooter rentals?
Bally’s Atlantic City offers scooter and wheelchair rentals. Mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs are $40 plus tax per day for the first and second day, and $20 plus tax each day thereafter. Manual wheelchairs are $15 plus tax per day for the first and second day, and $8 plus tax each day thereafter. Manual wheelchairs are free of charge for the entire trip when a state issued disability card is presented.

Does Bally’s Atlantic City offer discounts to AAA/AARP members, government and/or military personnel?
Yes, AAA/AARP, government and military personnel will receive a 10% discount. To book with these discounts, please call a Reservation Specialist at number 609-340-2000. Discounted rooms cannot be booked online.

What are the Self-Parking Fees?
$25 parking fee or free with Red, Black, or Platinum Card. Hotel guest will receive a parking voucher at check-in.

Does Bally’s Atlantic City offer parking?
At this time, valet parking is reserved for Bally’s Top Tier Players Card (Red Card).


Booking/Cancellations

How do I use my Bally’s Players Club points to reserve a room?
Casino guests earn complimentary room stays based on the level of play. Generally, casino guests are sent a promotional calendar identifying either the complimentary night stay or a discount room rate.

Can I book more than one room at a time?
Yes, you may book more than one room at a time.

Will I be guaranteed that my room will have the bed type, view, or location I requested?
All rooms are based upon availability at the time of check-in.

Can I change or cancel a hotel reservation online?
At this time, you may not make changes or cancel your reservation online. To change or cancel your reservation, please call a Reservation Specialist at 1-833-576-0836.

What is Bally’s Atlantic City hotel cancellation policy?
We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your reservation if you cannot keep your reservation in order to avoid the cancellation fee, and to receive the refund of your deposit.  Please call our reservations department 1-833-576-0836.

Will I incur any penalties if I arrive late to my scheduled reservation time?
We ask all guests to notify us if they plan on arriving late. No penalty will be assessed. If you plan on arriving past 9pm, please contact us at please call our reservations department 1-833-576-0836.

How late can my reservation for a hotel room be held?  What is the cancellation policy?
Casino reservations are held until 9pm. Hotel reservations are held until 9pm. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your reservation if you cannot keep your reservation.  Please call our reservations department 1-833-576-0836.

Does Bally’s Atlantic City offer Internet access?
Yes, Bally’s Atlantic City offers free Internet access throughout the resort.

Does Bally’s Atlantic City have an indoor pool?
The pool is temporarily closed.

Does Bally’ offer beach chair and umbrella rentals?
Available every day from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Rentals will be collected at 6pm. Chair $12, Umbrella $15, Package $35 and includes 2 chairs, one umbrella

Does Bally’s Atlantic City have a fitness center and spa?
The pool and spa are temporarily closed.

Are babysitting services available?
Bally’s Atlantic city does not offer babysitting services.

Does Bally’s Atlantic City offer laundry and/or dry-cleaning services?
Yes, laundry and dry-cleaning services are offered to our guests.

Are there cribs available for hotel guests?
Yes, cribs are available at no additional charge. Please let your Reservation Specialist know that you would like a crib available for your stay.

How can I contact the Concierge Desk?

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is only permitted in a smoking hotel room. You will not be permitted to smoke anywhere inside the building.

Player Portal

How do I sign up for access to the player portal?
Bally’s Players Club card holders can create an online account by clicking this link and selecting “sign up now!”

I forgot my PIN number. How can I change it?
PIN number must be changed on the property at Bally’s Players Center with proper ID for account safety.

What information will I be able to see if I sign up for the player portal?
You will be able to see your Reward Points balance, promotions, gift giveaways, hotel offers and entertainment offers. You will also be able to view your tier level and current tier score.

Will I be able to book hotel rooms and reserve promotions through the player portal?
